The Island Creek Raw Bar is an interactive catering experience that can be tailored to suit any event, from rehearsal dinners and weddings to graduation parties, birthdays, and corporate functions. Our crew of oyster growers and experienced shuckers will set up the boat, fill it with ice, cover it with oysters, littlenecks and shrimp, and shuck and chat with guests in a casual, Island Creek kind of way for an unforgettable oyster experience.
